The Special Event Station, “GD100RSGB”, will take place at the Sea Terminal, Douglas.
IOMARS, will be operating on Sunday 20th January 2013, 10:00hrs – 18:00hrs and Monday 21st 09:00 – 15:00hrs.
In addition we will meet at the sea terminal at 10:00 hrs Saturday 19th January to set up the equipment. We need you to help both as operators and to set up / take down the equipment.

Thanks to everyone that helped out in whatever way they could. It was very much apreciated by us all that so many turned up on Saturday despite the horrendous weather to erect antennas and set up shop in the waiting hall.
During Sunday and Monday we worked several hundred stations on HF/VHF/UHF using voice, data and CW. Thanks to the staff at the Sea Terminal for their support, and to the management at DoI for allowing the station to reside in the waiting hall.
