This will be a discussion/ demonstration not a formal talk on test equipment you might find useful for amateur radio. Please bring along you own test equipment and talk about it merits and limitations.

On Thursday the 20th March we plan to run another get together at the Creg-ny-Baa Hotel starting at 17:00 for those wishing to have a meal and from 19:00 for those wishing to come for a drink and a chat. This meeting will be in  addition to the normal Wednesday evening meetings held in Ballasalla.
This talk will cover the following topics. Angle of the Horizon and how it effects signal strength. Ground gain. Possible QRM problems and how to fix them.
