Talk at Tromode next Tuesday

On Tuesday 14th March at 19:30 at Tromode Sea Cadet Hall the Isle of Man Amateur Radio society will be given a talk on the Wreck of the British Brig of War HMS Racehorse by Brian King. The Racehorse sank off Langness 200 years ago with the loss of nine lives and inspired Sir William Hillary to encourage the UK Government to create a maritime lifesaving organisation which became the RNLI in 1824.
